Q: How do I ensure the right fit?

Q: How long does delivery take? 

  • Orders within Cairo are delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders outside Cairo 
    (within other governorates across Egypt) take up to 10 working days to arrive. 

Refunds & Exchanges


Q: What if I receive a damaged item? 

  • A: Our Quality Assurance team inspects every piece. However, in the unlikely 
    case of receiving a defective item, please contact us for a priority exchange or 
    refund 

Q: How can I request an exchange? 

  • A: Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.  
    To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your 
    order number. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you 
    through the pickup and redelivery process.

Note:

  • Exchange shipping fees may apply.
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all 
    tags and packaging intact.

Q: How can I request a refund? 

  • A: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. 
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed 
    within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
    Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, 
    undamaged, and with all original tags attached. 

Q:  Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

  •  A: Yes. Items marked as sale, discounted, customized, or purchased during 
    special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless 
    received damaged or defective. 
    For hygiene reasons, scarves and veiled accessories are non-returnable unless a 
    manufacturing defect is present.
