Q: How do I ensure the right fit?

Q: How long does delivery take? 

  • Orders within Cairo are delivered within 3–5 working days. Orders outside Cairo 
    (within other governorates across Egypt) take up to 10 working days to arrive. 

Refunds & Exchanges


Q: What if I receive a damaged item? 

  • A: Our Quality Assurance team inspects every piece. However, in the unlikely 
    case of receiving a defective item, please contact us for a priority exchange or 
    refund 

Q: How can I request an exchange? 

  • A: Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.  
  • To initiate an exchange, please send a request to our customer care WhatsApp number at 01000536768 with your order number.

Note:

  • Exchange shipping fees may apply.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all 
    tags and packaging intact.

Q: How can I request a refund? 

  • A: Refunds can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.  
  • To initiate a refund, please send a request to our customer care WhatsApp number at 01000536768 with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
    Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, 
    undamaged, and with all original tags attached. 

Q:  Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

  •  A: Yes. Soiree, signature, items with struss, and items marked as sale, discounted, customized, or purchased during special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless received damaged or defective.
  • Scarves and veil accessories are non-returnable unless a 
    manufacturing defect is present.
