Refund & Return Policy

At Hejabi, we take pride in the superior quality of our garments. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return process: 

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Scarves and veiled accessories are non-returnable unless a 
  manufacturing defect is present.
• Items marked as sale, discounted, customized, or purchased during special promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless received damaged or defective.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit once the 
  quality inspection is complete.
